This week I have been lucky enough to attend the presentation of the new fragrance of a brand that I love, Elizabeth Arden. The New York brand launches this summer a new fragrance, My Fifth Avenue (My Fifth Avenue in Spanish), a version of the already mythical Fifth Avenue, (Fifth Avenue). Let's find out!


To start, let's discover the history of this fragrance, and for that we have to go back to the history of the original 5th Avenue, which was inspired by the ill-fated Twin Towers. The shape of the perfume bottle is based on the shape of the Twin Towers. Well, years later, Elizabeth Arden launches My 5th Avenue, paying homage to the One World Trade Center building, which replaces the Twin Towers. In the same way, the My 5th Avenue boat is based on the structure of this imposing new building. Elizabeth Arden's design has been very elegant.


                                                            


Let's now analyze the perfume itself. The smell of My Fifth Avenue is sweet and fresh at the same time. Reminds the original Fifth Avenue, but personally I liked it better. It has been very suitable for day to day.


Elizabeth Arden has chosen a luxury ambassador, Reese Witherspoon, an American actress from Legally Blonde, among many other films, for the launch. We will begin to see it on TV, in a spectacular advertisement, for a great campaign to launch the brand.

  Lately, people have been hearing about a new €5 cream from Mercadona. It is a skin cream called Sangre de Drago. But is the treatment really effective?
